Medical Device Expertise

QCS International is renowned for its expertise in medical device projects.

Our experts can guide you through the development of your ISO 13485 medical device quality management system, the regulatory framework for manufacturing, and market readiness. We also offer ISO 13485 auditor training in locations near London, Glasgow, and Edinburgh, or at your site by arrangement.

If you manufacture a medical device outside the UK we can act as your representative (UKRP).

Training Excellence

As a CQI and IRCA Approved Training Partner, we provide training courses that not only meet CQI IRCA requirements but have undergone rigorous evaluation in both analysis of learning plans and tutor competence.

Our courses cover a wide range of ISO management systems standards and include introductory courses, audit, risk management and the requirements of the core standards whether quality management, environmental, health and safety or other discipline.

Based on course specification and levels identified by CQI IRCA as those that will best assist in your career development planning, these can be defined broadly as:

1. Foundation Courses

Ideal for those starting out in management systems or auditing, or professionals from other fields who wish to gain a solid understanding of the basics of the ISO management systems.

2. Practitioner Courses

Perfect for those currently practising quality or auditing, aiming to progress in management roles whilst looking to enhance skills and knowledge to effectively manage internal processes and audits.

3. Professional Courses

Designed for individuals who have completed Foundation or Practitioner courses and are practising at a mid to senior level.

Developing advanced expertise to lead and manage quality and auditing functions, preparing delegates for roles in certification body audit, supply chain audit, leadership or senior management positions

Training can be accessed at our Cumbernauld facility, conveniently located near Glasgow and Edinburgh, or online for a remote live tutor learning experience. We also offer on-site training for larger groups or to incorporate elements of your management system, such as live supervised internal audits.
