Online Management System Support – Q-hub

Q-Hub Management System Portal

For our consultancy clients we can offer access to the web-based management system software platform, Q-Hub.

This application provides an extensive and effective means of managing several elements of your management system in on place; allowing you to easily see on screen the status of work, progress against tasks and access to key documentation.

Functionality includes: 

  • Task management – allowing you to set up priority tasks, allocate these to personnel and monitor progress through to completion
  • Develop process maps and forms that guide users through a sequence of steps, recording key documentation and building up evidence on the effectiveness of your management system
  • Audits – developing audit programmes, creating questions sets, assigniing audit responsibilities, recording results and tracking actions
  • Documents – having in place a central location for the development, creation, approval and distribution of documents across your organisation
  • Asset management – allowing you to monitor preventative maintenance programmes, calibration status etc All with records to evidence completion of tasks
  • Key registers and lists of data that can then be formulated to provide clear and graphical interpretation of progress against objectives, status of work and items overdue
  • Supplier management tools such as communicating requirements, approval of purchases and closure of supplier nonconformance

Q-hub is a web-based application and requires no specific or new hardware to operate. you can also download a Q-Hub software application for your mobile devices such as phones and tablets, which provides you with greater flexibility and access across your organisation.

The cost to clients will depend upon the type and length of contract you have with QCS. In many cases, such as when we are involved in the maintenance of your systems or delivery your internal audits, the Q-Hub element is included at no extra charge.

If you wish to use Q-Hub to support your management system we can offer a set number of users, but you are also welcome to add in further users within your organisation as you require. This would be offered a charge per licenced user.

Q-Hub will be offered to clients as we develop new service level agreements and establish the level of work we are delivering to you. If you are an existing client we will be offering Q-Hub as part of the service as contracts are renewed, but you are welcome to ask about accessing the system at any time. Just ask your consultant.

If you are not engaging with us for consultancy services, we are still able to bring Q-Hub to you and would be very happy to discuss this with you if you wish.
