Who Should Attend?

This introductory one-day course is designed for anyone who needs an understanding of quality management systems. It is assumed that delegates have little or no knowledge of quality management or ISO 9001.

This course meets IRCA Pre Knowledge requirements for delegates to attend our IRCA Registered Internal QMS Auditor Course or Auditor/Lead Auditor Course.
