A Chartered Health and Safety Professional with over 30 years’ experience in the provision and advice to businesses on reducing health & safety risk across a wide range of sectors which include engineering, textiles, manufacturing, recycling, mineral extraction, contact centre, construction, retail, sports and hospitality companies.
Doug has worked throughout the UK, delivering bespoke solutions to businesses with varied and complex issues to ensure effective health and safety management of their business in a safe manner with reduced environmental impact.
In addition to developing ISO 45001:2018 management systems, Doug has also completed numerous projects on wider management systems for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 (Quality and Environment). This includes design and implementation as well as auditing and audit training and hosting certification body audits on behalf of clients.
Doug takes active interest in supporting local youth football and is also a keen follower of all things motorsport, including attending car racing at home and abroad.
