Easy to understand and gave a very detailed overview of ISO 13485 over two days. Pleasant and approachable. Really enjoyed practical course despite being nervous. Very informative slides & handout materials.

The course was more difficult than expected, however this did not matter as Jon is an excellent trainer. He is engaging, informative and incredibly knowledgeable about his craft and made the two days enjoyable. I feel confidently prepared to conduct my first internal audit, thank you!

Great course, thank you. I liked the mix of content. Assignments were good and worthwhile. Particularly like real-world stories from the course leaders. Materials were very comprehensive (especially section 2 of folder) I liked quizzes in morning, good to recap and get good debate.
